2 things happening.
ING possibly selling - even the possibility will hold people out of the market.
GMG possibly raising capital - although we don't know what form the alternative funding source may take.
GMG and all the REITs are relatively illiquid stocks for the institutional investors. 1 or 2 days of selling and that is about all the retail 'investors' can absorb. After that everybody just watches the price go down. Look and the slow painful progress to 16 cents previously.
