Blackrock can't sell much without setting off a change in holding notice. Plus i think their motives are much more long-term.
JP was out this morning talking about international acquisitions, specifically, and i think Blackrock will reveal what they're up to soon enough. Money is cheap and word is they like infrastructure, according to bloomberg.
