I'm pretty certain their back of the envelope calculations will tell them its a hard NO - the only issue will be how long they give Barrenjoey to confirm it. A week, a month?
The sooner the better because the longer it takes, the longer it gives Zhaojin Mining to hoover up shares at less than the current offer value.
