I also suspect that the Board will reject the initial offer, that a second offer will be made in a couple months at around the 70 cent mark, and that by then they will have already increased their holding to 30-40 %. The second offer will likely be successful . We small shareholders will be duly screwed , and have no say in the process. Pessimistic, I know, but it has happened before. All we get are the crumbs
