Perhaps the BOD is more dysfunctional than I thought. Not sure that the likes of the following will be twiddling their thumbs when they could make a scrip offer or cash alternative.....Allied Gold, AngloGold, B2G, Barrick, Endeavour, Iamgold, Newmont, Nord Gold or Perseus. Personally not concerned about a cash offer if a scrip offer looks better.
