ie getting money to make more money.
IMO a) a cap raise by this company will be well supported and b) it will be to fund orders that aren’t currently factored into the share price. I believe the CEO when he has publicly stated “we don’t need additional funds to get through to our Australian launch”
So if/when there is a cap raise. Great news! Just means the share price is going higher!
