Resolute fine tunes financing offer to Noble
The only weak element I can see with the Resolute offer, and now their Enhanced Offer (REO), is that it does not remove Norris, otherwise the acceptance of the Resolute offer would seem to be a no-brainer (speaking as an objective analyser of these events only).
Good luck to the NMG shareholders, whichever way it goes, you finally deserve some good management.
