Does this mean as well as voting down resolution 6 - the 'Zhongrun' one, we would need to vote down Resolution 1 regarding - Tranche 1 – approximately 57.9 million fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at an issue price of A$0.16 per Share and approximately 28.9 million free-attaching options (Options) exercisable at $0.20 and expiring on 30 September 2015 to raise approximately A$9.3 million.
Page 6, point 4a(iv) - The Company will not issue or agree to issue any securities to:
(A) Zhongrun or its associates or related corporations including(without limitation) all of the securities contemplated by the Zhongrun Placement; and
(B) any third party save and except for the securities referred to in resolutions 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the Notice.
Im still voting against resolution 3 either way.
