Who have RSG got their "committed" 19.99% from. The Norris family own about 14%. Them? doubt it?
I have thrown away my proxy papers. My remaining 50000 shares won't make a difference.
Another issue: I presume the convertable notes are going to be issued at 12c and be redeemable in 3 years at 12c. I presume they will be listed?
