I was thinking the same thing WHY hasnt the company anned the TORO/RESOLUTE acquisition given the exposure we have in RESOLUTE being a new jv partner that is progressive and looks aggressive in its ways for an appetite of gold production. 8M oz now in reserve tey have and no doubt in the TORO acquisition they have noticed the jv with PDI in the BOUNDIALI project which to date has some very impressive sections showing of high quality assay results.
Any positive spinoff by RESOLUTE towards the TORO acquisition in the PDI jv should in my books reflect to a positive value in PDI sp.
Who knows with RESOLUTES hunger for gold reserves may lead to further jv in other tenements of good showings.
