SHN believers may probably have seen yesterday's announcement withdrawing resolution 1 from AGM which was the proposed RIDICULOUS issue of options to Mr Loxton.
I think this is a good indicator that many of the larger shareholders rang the company and gave them 'what for' pressuring them to withdraw that.
He's laready getting a massive overpaid salary (for 'future' accomplishments), and then had the gall to try and issue himself with that many options (WHICH ARE IN THE MONEY!!!), knowing one of the other largest shareholders would vote 'IN FAVOUR' because that person also was to receive options.
Ridiculous...
