    It was noted that the Chairman provided the following information during an explanation to Shareholders questioning why the motion to authorise sale of radiology business (resolution 1) was withdrawn on the day of the EGM:

    "...There was an uncertainty around the proxies and where they were currently sitting......If the vote did go to shareholders it would have been a relatively close vote..."
