I don't have a problem with ESP, my employer had them, but I dontlike there are no restrictions. I also don't like it being for a Nickle and dime where big moves can happen more frequently. Not sure PL is stupid enough to use this to profit. But I don't trust him. I would want a 12-18 month holding period
Most of these resolutions I would prefer had come in 2014 when a profit was delivered. We have not turned a corner to talk incentives
Can someone smarter than me explain the downside of resolutions 5-9. Straight shares ? Why not load @5c? If the price is 5c in 1 month, have we no just saved $400k ?
