I note that today's announcement regarding the AGM stated that resolution 17 was carried as an ordinary resolution.
The notice of meeting stated that resolution 17 is a special resolution, therefore it was not carried.

The meeting was advised in response to a question how a special resolution is determined under the Corporations Act and the Listing Rules.
The chairman advised the meeting that Resolution 17 was being considered as an ordinary resolution and was carried on a simple majority.

Charles said that the resolution was not carried as a special resolution and that it was carried as an ordinary resolution.
I asked to confirm if the resolution was carried and he confirmed that it was not.
The nom clearly states that resolution 17 is a special resolution.
Please issue a correction.

My recollection is the chair made a statement that the company will look into the issues raised at the meeting with respect to remuneration resolutions.

Please refer to the recording of the meeting. The Chair stated the motion was not carried.
The remuneration resolutions were in regards to the issue of options.
Might I suggest that you seek confirmation from the Chair or others who attended the meeting in person.
