resolution 2 & 3

to gxy shareholders:- what is their view on resolution 2 which states the sale of 8.8m shares at .35cents. Given that sp has been holding mid 90 cents this seems a big favour to someone.You would think that the shareholders would get first go at this but I think they have other ideas(shareholders just have to put up with greater dilution). Ditto for resolution 3, director recently did a deal to get 800,000 shares at same price of 35 cents.I for one will not be giving them a tick for this.
