    LOL the 'sophisticated investors' are probably the brokers themselves. It's no secret that State One Stockbroking own a fair chunk of GXY stock already.

    Num.5 & 6 in GXY Top 20:

    5 STATE ONE HOLDINGS PTY LTD 1,544,275 2.0%
    6 STATE ONE EQUITIES PTY LTD 1,447,610 1.9%

    dishing out 35c shares at this stage is a touch too generous IMO.
