776-780M shares? where did this number come from ?? and how do you know they are going to raise in the first place and if so how much ?
So they are going to be able to raise the money now, a few posts ago someone was saying" good luck trying to raise cash in this environment" and even more so, they were illiquid.
Downramp trying to fit it with what is being said at the moment. and will change in a heart beat to fit in with another argument.
