    i totally agree with you on this, there was such a drum up last year funds were in place with DBZ rolling fund, the gazillion potential billions of oil sites identified, 8 drills to occur and what happened 2 holes and no oil.

    Drilling stopped in October so if they start this campaign in June good luck in executing their proposed plan. Also if funding is currently available why not commence the campaign now.

    All valid questions and i welcome alternate views
