It will take everyone to vote on this otherwise against this because Merchant has so many shares already and the ones who are driving this will but get another fill at our expense/dilution!

This is just so they can hand it out to vendors... with all that CASH in bank...a non-performing share prices...and now this sneaky 10% Placement place at number 3 on the agenda items to voted on at the AGM with no board recommendation...surprise.

For reference. Taken from the Annual General Meeting notice. Scheduled for Friday, 29th of November.

page 9. The calculations above do not show the dilution that any one
particular Shareholder will be subject to. All Shareholders should
consider the dilution caused to their own shareholding depending
on their specific circumstances.

page 10. Further, if the Company is successful in acquiring new resources, assets or
investments, it is likely that the recipients under the 10% Placement
Capacity will be vendors of the new resources, assets or investments.

As as share holders IMO..this is sneaky and wrong.
