    Very interesting....I have a feeling that a deal is very likely in the new year with ODY seeking shareholder approval for resolution 3.
    Time to get on board as this is the first signal in 22 months that a project is brewing.
    Why seek approval unless a project has ticked the Middlemas criteria???
