In the Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting Explanatory Statement, it outlines mostly management executive remuneration issues, but also Resolution 4: Change of Name.
Anyone read: to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution:
......... approval is given for the name of the Company to be changed to Clean Seas Seafood Limited, and for all references to the Company's name in the Constitution of the Company to be replaced with Clean Seas Seafood Limited."
Sounds pretty logical that the company name should be changed in the meantime, while they are farming king-fish and in the future it would encompass king-fish and tuna under the new banner Clean Seas Seafood Limited. If it is part of fixing the branding issues including "Hiramasa Kingfish" to "South Australian Hiramasa" or what ever they intend to do that is a good start to changing misconceptions in international markets.
