One thing that is common in my experience with people who do not know how, or cannot, grow a company is they change the company name, or logo, or motto, or color scheme. It's a bit like: "I'm being paid so I have to do something."

One thing that is common in my experience with people who do not know how, or cannot, reverse bad will, (which is actually very easy, just open up, be clean, be straight, and achieve something, even small milestones, it's a communication thing), is they change the company name. It's a bit like putting on a mask to hide who you are.

Better commercial and corporate competence is needed IMO.
