I am one of those small investors and I would be incredibly annoyed with the company if they forced me to sell at a loss. Especially when I have held them through the rough times.
I don't have a lot of cash to invest in the share market so I don't think I should be penalised because I am not rich enough to have a bigger stake you know what I mean.
