Resolution 7 is actually asking shareholders for approval for them to be able to issue an additional 25% of shares within the next 12 months, and at the same time wanting to raise non-execs salaries and keep the 2.5M cash that is owing to company from the boys as of December in their pockets for another 12 months.

Will they rush the capital raise once they have permission to do it and sell the new issue for 75c on the dollar? Probably.

This technology is the legacy of the Pivacs, especially Mark. The share price is no where near the top of their priority list. While they are earning a fat salary each year and getting paid to tweak and develop their baby and Mike can pretend he is a high flyer, they are in no rush to have the share price skyrocket. Their dream is to sit back one day in their rocking chair and see their technology in action, not to look back and smile at the thought of fattening shareholder wallets.

Unfortunately for long term holders, this will be back under 4c soon enough. The best way to play this stock is to day trade the news and fleece the excited novices who time and time again, procrastinate on the news for half a day, read a few forums, then decide after lunch to "invest" some more on the latest groundbreaking news release only to then see the share price retrace as the traders use their "investment" as liquidity to get out.

Anyway, should be an interesting AGM...
