G'day bells-Ms Corlett is not receiving her remuneration by way of options
like ABU's other nominee director Mr Brett Smith is.
Susans Corletts contractual employer PRC is going to receive them if resolution 5 is
adopted at the AGM have no beef with PRC -just don't see or comprehend how
PRC should receive options as they are share holders like us.
Further it seems to contravene reasoning for justification as its neither fair non equitable
to other share holders non does it imo satisfy the stated sections of the corporations act.
Further given PRC replacement director is not receiving any options & ( You could visit
PRC web site to see the pecking order )it seems strange & therefore I suspect it could be at odds with PRC internal policy -assumption only here but clearly something is not quiet
right with this one.
Hope that clarifies points already mentioned.
