If holders don't want res 5 they need to tick the box themselves and send it into the coy - no good sending your proxy to the Board because the they will just vote Yes to res 5 as that was their recommendation.

LJC are gone. The $210k could easily be factored into the Monash $4m. If not, as we see, many thumbs UP indicate we can raise the $210k and more at 1.4c with the oppie...and going by the trend - the sp could be a conservative 2.5c by GM vote...so maybe a raising at 2.0c with the oppie?

As I said in a previous post - imo the Board have recommended res 5 out of past loyalty. IMO - that time has passed. No more 0.6ers across the board...lets be consistent/fair.
