Performance rights to the Managing Director. Do I interpret correctly the last clause which indicates that if approval of this resolution is not obtained, the Company has agreed that Mr Gordan will be paid a cash amount equivalent to the value of the rights on the day they would have vested, instead of the rights. Does this mean he gets a pay day whichever way the vote goes. Apologies in advance if I've interpreted incorrectly.
