My vote is NO also Cato. People investing in futures must be pulling their hair out.
I cannot expect KAR to value their worth by the share price. Therefore how do you value the performance of the employees?
I would think they would start with a 3 to 5 year evaluation and how are they doing to maintain this directive. This would be the value point to pay those who achieve this objective. The next question would be how much.
This should be the directive as presented in the financial statements and charts presented in the annual statements. The end objective is the value of the company advancing as the value of the net assets increases.
KAR value is not increasing. Forget all the reasons. The end objective is what is perceived as the company value. It is not that hard.
No increase in value, no pay raises of any sorts.
Been in for a long time with shares in the 6 digits. No one is giving me a increase.
