I have only responded to part one of your email because that's the only part that was worth responding to.

Part two was not and should not be of concern to anyone even thou you are trying to make an issue out of it.

I would be very surprised if the directors issued themselves more shares and diluted us any more. I think our biggest shareholder who shortly will hold close to 40% of the shares would quickly put a stop to it.

Therefore I believe that your concerns are unfounded, unnecessary and only aimed at stirring things up.

And I can 100% assure you that your accusations of me being on the books are unfounded and are bothering on defamation and if I were you I would choose my words very carefully.

Now go and stir somewhere else.
