resolution 6 broker options

hi. because options are stuck at 2 c then pattersons options are worth $ 80 thousand on market price. so it make no sense to me to vote for them when tzl can afford to pay 40 thousand from $4 m + 650 tax refund. i vote no to this resolution only but yes to others. more options pattersons has more they will sell to make us sad. is there any pattersons client here because tell me if i am not right that there should been research report during capital raising or after quarter and singapore post deal plus other deals. please can somebody share ? thanks
