ESI are looking after existing shareholders ...
Base issue price of shares to NLC + NMDC of 3.3c for total combined 10% interest.
Very happy with this ... first sign of NLC + NMDC skin in the game.
Only downside with this is that it doesn't appear MPA will be finalised until approval of these shares.
