    I am mad or does resolution 6, page 11 say that PJ has committed to take 15,434,911 shares in the recent placement at 18c?

    If so, this is has to be one of the greatest levels of contempt for shareholders I have ever seen.

    Unbelievable.

    After SA approval, the stock goes to 49c.

    PJ wants a bit of the pie he arranges a "knee cap" placement of 66,666,666 shares at 18c OF WHICH HE TAKES 15,434,911 HIMSELF!!

    Truly amazing, truly unbelievable and truly bent over!
