Regardless of your thoughts about a conspiracy, I for one am glad that RES have lots of Millions tucked away in the bank.
If Jury had tried to raisethe money at 25c or 30c and failed and had to go out again, I wouldn't fancy his chances of getting anywhere near 18c.
Not saying you are wrong - just that RES is reasonably well positioned because of the raising in a terrible market where many may fall.
