in the proposal it states, $5 million in total via options , which to me makes sense , he would end up with a massive stake in the company if it were to be issued all in one go , obviously a great outcome for shareholders as this is his total remuneration he is not taking a cash salary at all. Also in vast contrast to the current board who if i remember correctly , the CEO invested $1000 and the Chairman $2500. Considering the massive salaries they are paying themselves it speaks volumes in regards to how confident they are in the future of the company. When i first saw the amount originally i thought they were taking the piss.
