History is littered with companies that had the best product but did not succeed. Sony Beta was far better than VHS, yet VHS won the video cassette battle through better marketing. The first Mac was far better than anything else at the time, and Apple thought that was enough. Needless to say, Apple declined and almost disappeared until Steve Jobs came back and actually marketed Apple products as premium devices.
Redflow's battery is innovative and clever, but that is not enough if no-one has heard of it.
