Its had me guessing for a while now... They would have plenty of "potentially" price improving fundamental news at their disposal if they chose to jack the price up and raise at higher levels, I just always assumed this news was being kept under wraps for threat of takeover/JV or aquiring new land etc.
Just the way you wrote that last sentence made me think you had an idea or two in mind...
No big deal I guess, it will all come out in the wash very soon i think...
