I most likely will vote NO, but I would just like to consider both sides of the argument first.

It's easy to get hot headed in these situations, especially with the SP at near all time lows, but I am here for the long haul.

I just want what is best for the company long term.

I can see a hell of a lot of pain short term if res 7 is passed, but is it the best way to move forward for the longer term?

This is a question - not a statement.

I'm just interested in others' opinions.
