When some of the top shareholders are treated like mushrooms what chance do smaller shareholders have of getting a fair deal.

As far as I am concerned and this goes for many others I correspond with and that is Steve Graves reputation is now at stake. Some of the group believe it is already damaged and will not further invest in GGP.

Resolution 7 is all about who controls the company.
A yes vote puts it in the hands of Novus clients and a NO vote allows all shareholders to demand better from the company in future.

Either way the company is still going to need money at some point depending on the business plan. A NO vote will not stop progress as they will still take 4 million off the note holders under the 15% rule. They will just have to argue over the terms.

I think the company is in for a rude awakening on Resolution 7
