    Also built into our MD’s innital contract is a already built in incentive of a maximum of 30pc of his annual salary which is at the discretion of the board. That means an extra $100000 to our MD a year. I am more comfortable with this sinario than been given potentially 15 million shares. There’s 11 million shares with our MD’s Name on them. He just has to pay for them like all us small holders. We’ve had two J/V’s walk away and our S/P is still were it was 3years ago. I Don’t think Rewards are In Order and I would have thought potentially $440000 would be good Incentive to go to work. Only My Thoughts.
