We might be impotent a/c the QVT gun to our heads, but can at least register a protest vote, however feeble.
If anyone could be bothered, it would be interesting to challenge QVT's position - as a major shareholder and financier - as I understand it, dictating board composition to the rest of the shareholders, under an implied threat of pulling the pin on financial support if board composition changes against their liking.
Could this be considered oppressive behaviour? Or is it what's normally accepted?
