How is it that long term shareholders don't understand the companies current strategy? All these questions. Fairly vague explanations in the res notes. What does this mean.....

If the company is successful in acquiring new assets or investments, it is likely that the allottees under the 10% placement facility will be the vendors of the new assets or investments.

So we are selling a share of the company to the vendor selling us the investment or asset.

So maybe we are selling a equity stake to Amazon or Ebay, for a return in their business.....sorry, I was just dreaming there for a second
