It's interesting that TZ's example on page 19 of the resolution explanatory statement uses a maximum share price of $0.20.
So they ask for a vote on issuing 10% more shares at any given time up to 1 year after the upcoming AGM and they use 20 damn cents as their maximum share price in their example.
Way to go TZ, wouldn't that be a sweet recovery of the share price!.............NOT
