Dictionaries will soon go to print with the following ammendment:

"HYPOCRITE –noun
1. a person who pretends to have moral beliefs or principles that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs. eg. Bhushan and associated board members of Bowen Energy Limited"

I'm fed up with the board. Breach upon breach has slipped under the radar - but Bhushan has not covered their tracks - They WILL be exposed

Isn't it ironic that a few people who have done nothing but ignore the corporations act can get away with calling us non-compliant? That conclusion was only reached because the very same board has failed to disclose all the relevant info to the ASX. The board is not acting in the best interest of shareholders so let's get rid of them. It's that simple
