However the company has used the wording of resolution 9 as supplied to them as the basis of their rejection. If they were fairdinkum then they could have given you the opportunity to reword it to make its meaning correspond with what you intended as elaborated in the subsequent clarification you gave them. But as we all know, they are playing for keeps.
Also don't be surprised if they add a few more resolutions to the agenda for the meeting - including (if they feel they have the numbers)the confirmation of Johari's appointment. His appointment needs to be confirmed at some stage by a shareholder vote.
