well this mornings announcement just rattled all option holders... resolution 9 has just been removed as it breaches asx listing rule 7.16... as an option holder, i am disappointed in whoever wrote this resolution - why was this not researched? whats in it for option holders now as I doubt new board can turn things around in a hurry before they expire...
could also explain why current board is voting agaist all resolutions including resolution 9, as they new it couldn't get up in accordance with asx listing rules...
