hey stevo, these bhushan guys didn't get rich by being stupid, this could very well be a very tight finish, they will use everything they've got, including the votes of savni, which is the wild card. the actions of the 2 australian directors remaining are perplexing indeed with regard to their fellow shareholders who are not bhushan (& savni)they seem to be intent on destroying any credibility bowen has and taking the price to zero. i'm not sure how bhushan's threats to dissolve the company if their demands are not met can be viewed in the legal sense. what we appear to have here is the directors of bowen threatening the shareholders of bowen who are not bhushan (and possibly savni). how does that work. will asic do anything??? that can probably be answered by another question, namely, has asic ever done anything?
