well just cause this current board said that does not mean that is fact. i mean did not they put on another director with out a vote ?
i would not belive too much of the current board, they have made many poor decisions in last few months .


gpn issues new option rolling over previous one that were to expire ,there have been other companies do it to also mentioned on this thread.

so savni is buying, If savni are bhushan, they are doing some serious breaches themselves, all this was mention in my asic letter.

time will tell.

i dont mind if option ex price is 20 cents for new options.
