Resolution of Legal Proceedings


The Directors of Virotec International Ltd ('the Company') are pleased to
announce that the Company has satisfactorily resolved the legal proceedings in
the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court against Nationwide News Pty Ltd.

As part of the resolution of this case, both parties have agreed to keep
confidential the terms of the settlement, but the Directors believe the
settlement will not have a material impact on the Company's cash position.
