You don't need a nearby compounding pharmacist. Compounding for sterile injection is not a common capability. I sent my prescription to a compounder and received my injectables through the mail. You may be able to arrange a telehealth consultation with a specialist, perhaps with the assistance of a gp for any physical checkup.
