I already voted, guessing that's why I didn't get a call I gave Wotton and the benefit of the doubt but if it's true that the company has been doing ring arounds I'll change my vote on his re-election as, ultimately, he is responsible. The Board doesn't seem to get it that the shareholders, both large and small, own the company. Every shareholder should be entitled to transparency. What we have seen … director loans fiasco (note - many on here were willing to put this to bed but it keeps coming up as there has not been a change of behavior by the Board), newsletters for some and not for all, no explanation for the delays in starting the phase 2 trials (and yes, negotiating a potential SOA is time intensive but it should not have meant pens down on the trial development work if that's what, in fact, happened).
